I have a 22 ft pontoon with 40hp 4 stroke engine. I charge $325 per day (holidays require a 2 day minimum)
The price does NOT include GAS. That is something that you would be responsible for.
Since I am not at the property I do require you leave the tank filled up to the amount you found it. In other words, if you found it filled up 1/2 way, then when you return it simply leave it 1/2 way full. If it's not returned to initial level, a full tank of gas +$50 charge will be accessed.
If this is something that interest you, feel free to reach out to me and we can go over any details or questions regarding the pontoon reservation.
Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
There are 2 boat launches in the lake, please refer
to property pics to view a map guide to boat launches.
NO. You will have a private firepit available. Be sure to bring your own firewood. Forgot to? no worries, most gas stops and small shops sell them.
There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, each with their own paddles as well as 2 paddleboats. Plenty of live vests in storage bench. This is located in the front cottage, right side of the deck.
Please, keep in mind these are shared with the other property we have for rent.
Yes, it is. Please note that each guest is responsible for the use and cleaning of the bbq grill.
Yes! The waterfront area right next to the water is available for both LAKESIDE COTTATE & CASA LAKEVIEW. Please be respectful & considerate of our other guests and please share the watercraft; there should be plenty of water toys for use!
We have 2 boatlifts, one is available for guest use the other is used for our pontoon (which you can also book separately, see pontoon section at the top of this page)
Please send me a message to confirm if guest boat lift will be available during your stay.
You may access the dock by following the path on the left side of the lakeside property (4246 trails end rd.) this will lead you straight to the dock where boat lift is located along with kayak rack and paddleboats tied to.
YES! This is our summer home and we are more than happy to share what we have brought with all of our guests. Please note that we run this on an honor system, meaning if you use please replace with a similar item. Also all perishable food items or drinks must be thrown away prior to departure. You may only leave food/drink items that are unopened or will not go bad.
We recommend “TOM’S ON GUN LAKE”. Its the closest to the rental and its stocked with everything you need including beer/wine/ice/produce and even has a meat market. You can also use “ Town & Country Supermarket” which is on the other side of the lake as a second option.
We recommend the citgo gas station that’s right on the lake. (11937 Marsh Rd, Shelbyville,MI)
There’s a nice pizza place right next door to it too.
As you get ready to head back home, we like to remind you of certain steps that need to be done before check out.
