Pets are NOT allowed
No Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are allowed, except with prior approval. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) does not recognize Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, Therapy Animals, or Companion Animals. In Michigan it is ‘illegal’ for people to misrepresent themselves as a person with a disability, or to claim that their pet is a Service Animal based on a claim that they provide emotional support. Failure in this regard or failure to report a pet will result in $350 charge per pet
